Frank Riskey, President, CEO, and cofounder holds a Bachelor and a Master of Science in Computer Science, as well as an MBA. Mr. Riskey was an engineer or project/program manager at Hewlett-Packard for over 13 years where he delivered many multi-billion dollar LaserJet products to the market.  Mr. Riskey also has three years experience in a successful start-up that sold for over $100 million. 

Layne Simmons, Director, former Vice-President and COO, and cofounder, holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering, and an M.B.A.  Ms. Simmons worked for six years at Booz Allen & Hamilton Inc. supporting National Aeronautics and Space Administration contracts across the country.  She moved to a smaller company continuing NASA government contracting for two more years, and then moved to Hewlett-Packard where she was an engineer or project/program manager working on multiple LaserJet programs for over seven years. 

Lynn Riskey, Director, Treasurer and Secretary, Office Manager and cofounder, holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.  Ms. Riskey performs accounting and administrative duties for TenXsys.  Ms. Riskey worked in managerial accounting for several firms in Boise and Southern California and has over 19 years of accounting experience.  Ms. Riskey is the primary contact for financial transactions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and investments.

David Roberts, Director, Principle of The Rainier Group, Seattle, Washington.  David’s expertise is issues related to ownership and management, specifically business continuation and transitional strategies.  Prior to joining The Rainier Group, David was a senior project manager for Westinghouse Electric Corp.  He received a B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University and an M.B.A from the University of Washington.  Dave is a Certified Financial Planner.  Dave retains his license as a Professional Engineer.

Gary Johnston, Director, is an active investor in real estate and small start-up companies. Gary was with Hewlett-Packard for 16 years, where he was Director of Research & Development, LaserJet Business Unit. Gary has a M.S. in Management, Purdue University, and a B.S. in Software Engineering Technology, Oregon Institute of Technology.

Debbie McDonald, Director, retired Vice-President, J.R. Simplot Co., now serving on the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors of the J.R. Simplot Co. Boise, Idaho.

Brian Smith, Board Observer - Brian is currently an investment associate for In-Q-Tel, Inc.;  not-for-profit firm that invests in emerging companies to bridge the gap between the technology needs of the Intelligence Community and new advances in commercial technology. Prior to In-Q-Tel, Brian was a VP at Merrill Lynch where he performed venture capital investing, finance and corporate strategy roles. He received a B.A. in Economics from Bucknell University and an MBA from Georgetown University.
