Q: What is involved to get the reward?

A: Simply mail in or drop off the unit(s)

Q: Are there any conditions?

A: The bolus units must not be subject to abuse (i.e. cracked, broken, opened)

Q: Do I have to fill out a form or questionnaire?

A: No.

Q: How do I get paid?

A: If you come in person we can pay you at the time  you bring the units (for smaller quantities) or if you send by mail we can mail you a check.

Q: Anything else?

A: For transportation, please make sure the units are protected enough so that they do not get damaged (cracked) in transit.
